Bhawna is qualified Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate (LLB) and Company Secretary Professional having more than 7 years of experience in the domain of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Legal & Compliance, Finance and Auditing. During this tenure, she worked and managed the various engagements in various areas of Taxation, Legal, Finance, Data Analytics and Automation for various leading companies (including Start-ups). She has also completed Certifications in Start up and Prevention of Money Laundry Act (PMLA, LL.) course conducted by the ICAI.
She has managed various audit engagements to identify the red flags, possible issues and advised the clients to fix the problems through data analytics and automation.

Preeti Sharma is a qualified Chartered Accountant, M.Com with over 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. She has worked as an internal auditor with listed companies possesses expertise in managing various compliances related to income tax, TDS, GST, MCA, and other statutory requirements.
